Well another weekend and another wonderful wedding. This weekend I was blessed to spend Saturday with Odette and Andre, who were married at Isiphiwo . Odette looked stunning, a breathtaking bride indeed, and I must say that Andre looked pretty dashing in his suit too : )
The wedding was flawless and photographing Andre and Odette proved to be a pretty easy job.
Thank-you both for sharing your special day with us!
I hope you enjoy the sneak peak at their wedding photos!

The lavender bushes were in full bloom and made for a stunning spot for some of the creative shots.
.

loved the texture and warmth of the stone walls - couldn’t resist them to be honest ; )

I am back from Botswana and it was absolutely fantastic!!! No mobile phones, laptops, TV’s and often having to rely on a generator for power - so you’re pretty much forced to relax. Well, now that we are back we have hit the floor running at full speed. Wedding season is indeed here!!! A few day’s after arriving back from Botswana I was off to the Kruger National Park to photograph the most intimate wedding that I have ever been to. When I say intimate, I really mean intimate. It was Alana (the lovely bride), Eric (the dashing groom) and myself. Alana and Eric, both from Canada, flew to South Africa for a Safari and wine route wedding and honeymoon. The wedding took place at Inyati Game Lodge - so as you can imagine, the are a pretty chilled out couple and I felt really honoured to be included in their wedding.
I hope you guys are enjoying the Cape and the wine-tasting ; )
Here are a few photos from the day - enjoy!

I love the light in this image - the sun had just set over the horizon.

Okay, I love the light in this one too! Yeah, okay - I obviously love African sunsets!
